Welcome to CodinzHub(“Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our platform at codinzhub.com, you (“User”, “you”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CodinzHub. By creating an account, accessing content, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms
  • You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
  • If you are accessing on behalf of an organization, you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

CodinzHub is operated from India and is governed by Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). Under the DPDP Act, a “child” is defined as any individual under the age of 18.

By using CodinzHub, you confirm that:

  • You are 18 years of age or older; OR
  • You are under 18 and have obtained verifiable parental or guardian consent before using this platform

CodinzHub does not knowingly permit users under 18 to register without parental consent. If we discover that a user under 18 has registered without such consent, we will suspend the account and delete associated data promptly.

Users outside India must additionally comply with the minimum age requirements applicable in their own jurisdiction.

By registering, you also agree that:

  • You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials
  • You will notify us at support@codinzhub.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
  • You will not create more than one account per person

CodinzHub reserves the right to refuse registration or cancel accounts at its discretion.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use CodinzHub only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, national, and international laws. You agree that your use will not:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any other user or person
  • Disrupt or interfere with the platform's servers, networks, or security systems
  • Impersonate any person, organization, or entity
  • Use the platform for any unauthorized commercial purpose

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CodinzHub. Violation may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action:

4.1 Content Scraping & Automation

  • Using bots, crawlers, spiders, scrapers, or any automated tools to access, extract, or collect content from the platform
  • Bypassing rate limits, CAPTCHAs, or other access controls
  • Bulk-downloading questions, solutions, or any platform content

4.2 Content Distribution

  • Sharing, reposting, or redistributing OA (Online Assessment) questions, solutions, or interview content on external platforms, forums, or social media
  • Selling, licensing, or commercially exploiting any content obtained from CodinzHub
  • Copying platform content to competing or similar services

4.3 Security Violations

  • Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform
  • Circumventing authentication or security measures
  • Uploading malware, viruses, or any malicious code
  • Conducting denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks

4.4 Academic & Professional Integrity

  • Using the platform to cheat during live company OA assessments in real time
  • Misrepresenting content obtained from CodinzHub as your own original work in professional contexts

5. User-Generated Content

Users may upload and share content including code, articles, solutions, and other resources (“User Content”). By uploading User Content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights and permissions for the content
  • The content does not violate any applicable law or these Terms
  • The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights

By uploading User Content, you grant CodinzHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and modify your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform. You retain full ownership of your content.

You agree NOT to upload:

  • Copyrighted content without proper authorization from the rights holder
  • Content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or misleading
  • Content that violates any person's privacy or publicity rights
  • Spam, advertisements, or unsolicited promotional material
  • Content that contains personal data of others without their consent

6. Content Moderation

CodinzHub reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

  • Review, remove, edit, or disable access to any content that violates these Terms or applicable law
  • Suspend or terminate accounts of users who violate these Terms
  • Report illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities

We are not obligated to actively monitor all User Content but may do so to maintain platform quality and safety.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content — excluding User-Generated Content — including but not limited to the platform design, branding, logos, features, functionality, compilations of questions, and written content, is the exclusive property of CodinzHub and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of CodinzHub's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Third-Party Content & Links

CodinzHub may contain links to third-party websites or reference content from third-party sources. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for third-party content, policies, or practices. Access to third-party links is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodinzHub expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CodinzHub and its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. In no event shall CodinzHub's total aggregate liability exceed INR 500 or the amount you paid to CodinzHub in the 3 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

11. Termination & Data on Termination

CodinzHub may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately and your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy. You may delete your account anytime from account settings; deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.

13. Dispute Resolution

Before any formal legal action, you agree to first contact support@codinzhub.com with a written description of your claim. We will attempt resolution within 30 days. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in Rajasthan, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Revised” date and notify registered users via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Copyright Infringement Policy

CodinzHub respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This policy describes how CodinzHub intends to comply with DMCA principles and how we handle copyright infringement claims in good faith.

Important Notice Regarding DMCA Safe Harbor:CodinzHub has not yet completed formal registration of a Designated Copyright Agent with the United States Copyright Office as required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2). Accordingly, CodinzHub does not presently claim, and this policy does not represent, DMCA safe harbor protection or status as a qualifying “service provider” under §512. We intend to complete this registration prior to formal launch, at which point this policy will be updated to reflect that status. In the meantime, this policy reflects our good-faith commitment to responding to copyright concerns promptly and fairly, irrespective of formal safe harbor status.

1. Our Commitment

Although CodinzHub does not currently claim DMCA safe harbor status, we are committed to:

  • Responding promptly and in good faith to valid copyright infringement notices
  • Removing or disabling access to content that is confirmed to be infringing
  • Maintaining a process for users to dispute wrongful removals
  • Terminating accounts of repeat infringers

This policy applies to all content hosted on codinzhub.com, including user-uploaded content.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on CodinzHub infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our Copyright Contact containing ALL of the following:

  • Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • The exact URL(s) on CodinzHub where the allegedly infringing content appears
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on their behalf
  • Your electronic or physical signature

Warning: Submitting a knowingly false infringement notice may expose you to legal liability, including damages, costs, and legal fees. Please verify your claim carefully before submitting.

3. Our Response to Valid Notices

Upon receiving a complete and valid copyright infringement notice, CodinzHub will, acting in good faith and typically within 5–10 business days:

  • Review the notice for completeness and validity
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content if the notice appears valid
  • Notify the user who uploaded the content that it has been removed and provide the reason
  • Maintain a record of the notice for our internal purposes

We may share the notice (including your contact information) with the user whose content was removed, as permitted by applicable law.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to support@codinzhub.com containing:

  • Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A description and URL of the content that was removed
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan, India for resolution of the dispute
  • Your electronic or physical signature

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will:

  • Forward it to the original complainant
  • Restore the content within 14 business days unless the complainant notifies us of a court action filed to restrain the restoration

5. Repeat Infringers

CodinzHub maintains a repeat infringer policy:

  • Valid copyright notices are tracked against user accounts
  • Users who receive multiple valid infringement complaints will receive warnings
  • Accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers will be permanently terminated

6. OA & Interview Content — Platform-Specific Notice

CodinzHub hosts online assessment (OA) questions and interview preparation content. Some content shared by users may originate from or reference proprietary assessments created by third-party companies. CodinzHub:

  • Does not claim ownership over third-party assessment questions shared by users
  • Responds promptly to removal requests from companies with legitimate IP claims to such content
  • Encourages users to share only content they are authorized to share

Companies wishing to submit an OA content removal request should contact support@codinzhub.comwith subject: “OA Content Removal Request”.

7. Indian Law — IT Act, 2000

In addition to responding to international copyright concerns, CodinzHub complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its amendments, including the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. Under these rules, CodinzHub:

  • Acts as an intermediary and will not be liable for third-party content where we act in good faith
  • Will respond to valid government or court-ordered takedown requests within the legally prescribed timeframe
  • Publishes this policy and makes it accessible to all users
