We may disclose your data if required by law, court order, or a competent governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of CodinzHub, our users, or the public.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may be transferred. We will notify you via email or platform notice prior to such transfer and provide you the option to request deletion.

Information you choose to make public (username, profile bio, public contributions) will be visible to other platform users. Do not include sensitive personal information in public profile fields.
5. International Data Transfers
CodinzHub is operated from India. If any of our service providers are located outside India (for example, cloud or analytics providers in the United States or European Union), your data may be transferred internationally.
We ensure such transfers occur only when:

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), a “child” is defined as any individual under the age of 18. CodinzHub takes its obligations regarding children's data seriously.
For users under 18:
- We require verifiable parental or guardian consent before processing the personal data of any user under 18
- We do not process children's data in a manner that is detrimental to their well-being
- We do not engage in targeted advertising directed at children
- We do not track or monitor children's behaviour in ways not necessary to provide the platform service
If we discover that a user under 18 has registered without verifiable parental consent, we will immediately suspend the account and delete associated personal data. Parents or guardians who believe their child has registered without consent should contact us at support@codinzhub.com.
Note: CodinzHub does not apply the US COPPA 13-year threshold. As an Indian platform, the DPDP Act's definition of a child (under 18) governs our data practices.

We implement appropriate technical safeguards to prevent breaches, including encrypted password storage, HTTPS/TLS for all data in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews.
