Ride-Share Surge Pricing

Given a list of ride fares and a surge pricing multiplier, calculate the total fare for each ride and return the maximum total fare. The surge pricing multiplier increases every 5 minutes and is exactly 90% of the previous multiplier. The maximum surge pricing multiplier is 10.

Example 1:

Input:f = [[1, 10], [2, 20], [3, 30]], k = 2

Output:[10, 36, 90]

Example 2:

Input:f = [[1, 10], [2, 20], [3, 30]], k = 5

Output:[10, 180, 450]

Example 3:

Input:f = [[1, 10], [2, 20], [3, 30]], k = 10

Output:[10, 360, 900]

Constraints:

The input list of fares is non-empty and contains at least one ride.
The surge pricing multiplier starts at 1 and increases every 5 minutes.
The maximum surge pricing multiplier is 10.
