Round 1: DSA / Coding Round
Introduction: The round started with a brief introduction, followed by two coding problems on HackerRank. Question 1 – Maximum Meetings: Given a set of meetings with their start and end times, determine the maximum number of meetings a person can attend if they can attend only one meeting at a time. Question 2 – Integer to Roman Numerals: Convert a given array of numbers into their corresponding Roman numeral representations. Approach and problem-solving: The interviewer was particular about the approach used to solve the second problem and wanted me to follow a specific method rather than simply using a map-based solution.
Key takeaway: The round focused not only on coding and test cases but also on demonstrating logical reasoning, explaining the thought process, and showing that the solution was derived through understanding rather than memorization.

Round 2: Technical Deep Dive and Managerial / Scenario-Based Questions
Introduction and project discussion: The round began with my introduction, followed by a discussion of my projects. The interviewer moved from my first project to my second project for a more detailed technical discussion. Project architecture and implementation: I was asked to explain the complete project flow, deployment status, current user base, integration process, access-code mechanism, and the advantages and disadvantages of the implementation. Video-calling functionality: The interviewer asked me to explain how the video-calling feature worked and how the different components interacted. End-to-end project explanation: The discussion covered multiple aspects of the project, requiring a clear understanding of its architecture, implementation decisions, functionality, and limitations. AI-related scenario questions: How might AI replace human involvement, and why are humans still necessary? Why is AI alone not sufficient for every task? Deadline and prioritization scenarios: How would I manage the work if the deadline were the next day? How long did it take to build the project? If I had to develop the same project within one week, how would I prioritize features and plan the implementation? Key takeaway: This round evaluated technical depth, ownership of projects, the ability to explain design decisions, practical understanding of AI, and decision-making under time constraints.
Round 3: HR / Team Fitment
Duration: Approximately 10 minutes. The round was conversational and involved a few general questions to assess team fitment and communication. The interviewer asked whether I had any questions. The round concluded with a short, informal discussion. Key takeaway: This round appeared to focus on team fitment, communication, and general interaction rather than an extensive technical evaluation.
